Oxygen positively impacts the development of a plant's root system and influences the absorption of nutrients. Plant roots need oxygen, and in nature, they take it from gaps in the soil.
Plants need air around their roots, and hydroponically grown plants aren't an exception. Running air through the tank and stirring the water lessens your plants' susceptibility to disease and mould.
Aeration pumps and air stones like the ones on our offer are used in hydroponic systems and aquariums. We also supply air tubing and connectors.
