A low tray (56x28x3 cm) is perfect for growing microgreens at home.
This tray doesn't have drainage holes, be careful not to overwater the plants. We highly recommend putting another tray inside and using this one to catch excess water: Garland Microgreens Tray with drainage holes.
You can use any growing media in the tray, but we recommend using the Cress Plate mineral wool growing mat by Grodan, developed especially for microgreens.
This Microgreens Tray is made of recycled plastic.
