Biobizz Calmag has been designed for the professional grower and the hobbyist who needs an extra boost of Calcium and Magnesium. Calcium and magnesium are essential elements for proper plant growth and blooming, as they play a key role in cell production and photosynthesis. This product is certified as 100% organic. Its basic ingredients are calcium carbonate and magnesium sulfate supplemented with humic acid.

Unlike other products, the fully organic BioBizz CalMag doesn't contain any nitric acid, which is why it doesn't influence the NPK ratio or EC of the nutrient solution it's used in. CalMag can be used with all types of substrates and hydroponic systems. 

Calcium and Magnesium deficiencies are common, as in today’s world we cannot rely on tap water to ensure correct mineral concentration. Many growers also use water filtered by reverse osmosis that needs additives automatically.

Calcium:
- extremely important for all growth processes
- deficiency is indicated on the leaves by yellow-brown spots with brown edges

Magnesium:
- essential in photosynthesis, because it's the basic building block of chlorophyll 
- deficiency shows as rust-coloured or yellow spots on the leaves

Use and dosage:
- as prevention, use a low concentration and add it regularly
- in case of deficiency, use a higher concentration according to the values recommended on the label or in the BioBizz feeding charts.
