Infect your plants with a fungus! Yes, really! The Mycotrex powder contains fungi spores, which live in a symbiotic relationship with plant roots called mycorrhiza. The fungi help the plants take in more nutrients (like phosphates and silicon) and water. As a result, the plants are healthier and less susceptible to disease. Mycotrex is the ideal organic soil improver for young and established plants.

Most potting soils are sterilised by steaming. And that's a good thing! Steaming kills the pests, bacteria and fungi, which could harm or even kill your plants otherwise. However, it kills everything in the substrate, even the nice and helpful microorganisms. The solution is simple - put them back in using Mycotrex.

Mycorrhizal fungi act as an extension of the root system and can increase the uptake capacity by up to 700%! Because water and nutrients become more available, the plants grow by leaps and bounds. The fungi also leave less space and food for pathogens, which could harm the crop. 

Mycotrex also contains helpful bacteria to complement the fungi and humic acids to support initial root development in young plants.

Use and dosage:

- use 5 grams per cutting, seedling or plant.
- mix 3 grams into the soil when repotting to spread it evenly or
- add 2 grams to the planting hole directly under the roots

Composition: Mycotrex is a mixture of 9 different types of mycorrhizal fungi, consisting of spores from the Glomus claroideus, Glomus etunicatum, Glomus clarum, Glomus sp., Glomus macroaggregates, Glomus intraradices, Glomus mosseae, Glomus geosporum and Entrophospora colombiana genus.
