Canna Flush

Canna Flush is a product for cleaning substrates. The substrate is cleaned without killing any useful bacteria or beneficial fungi, as can be the case when you use reverse osmosis or de-mineralised water. Excess salts and fertiliser residue can build up in the soil, causing over fertilisation. This also builds up in the plants themselves. Flushing cleans these residues and makes the resulting crop taste way better. Canna Flush can be used with all types of gardening, even hydroponics. 

Flushing soil and soil mixes:
- use 20ml of the product per 10l of water
- water plants once with plain tap water according to the normal watering frequency

Flushing hydroponic systems (open systems):
- use 40ml per 10l of water
- add the mix into irrigation until there is 10-20% drain
- water plants once with clean water
- resume feeding as per usual the next day

Flushing before harvest (annual plants only):
- start flushing a week or two before harvest
- use the dosage and method explained above 
- flush once a week

Flushing inert media:
- to clean inert media used repeatedly (e.g. clay pebbles) use 40ml of Canna Flush per 10l of clean water
- leave to soak for 24 hours and then rinse the media with the same amount of clean (tap) water
- repeat if necessary
