CO2 MOTHER NATURE replacement cartridge

Replacement cartridge for Mother Nature CO2 generator. Two sizes to complement the 5L or 10L version.

The Mother Nature CO2 Generator is a unique product designed to increase the CO2 concentration in your growing environment.

CO2 levels in the atmosphere are generally 412 PPM. The MotherNature CO2 Generator can instantly double the PPM of your growing environment to a minimum of 800 ppm. The CO2 in the generator is produced naturally by various natural bacteria and specially treated manure. CO2 is heavier than air, but moves easily within your growing environment. Bacteria and manure are most active and produce the most CO2 at temperatures of 22 degrees Celsius. If you are not currently using the product, store it optimally at 15 degrees Celsius.

Plants only need CO2 during daylight hours - you can easily plug the MotherNature CO2 generator into a timer so that it only works during daylight hours. During the "night" phase, the CO2-producing bacteria come to life and prepare more CO2 for release back into your growing environment during the next daylight phase.

5l variant - for boxes up to approx. 120x120cm
10l variant - for boxes up to approx. 120x240cm

Both variants are supplied without an air pump, which can be purchased as an extra. Any air flow rate of 1.3-1.6l/h can be used.

Instructions for use

OPTION 1 - Simply connect the single outlet air pump to the down line connected to the MotherNature CO2 generator and then connect the timer, so that the MotherNature CO2 generator only operates when the lights are on. Tuck the top pipe connected to the MotherNature CO2 Generator into the back of the circulation fan to distribute the CO2 evenly throughout the growing environment.

OPTION 2 - Connect a single outlet air pump to the bottom pipe connected to the MotherNature CO2 Generator, then plug into a timer so that the MotherNature CO2 generator only operates while the lights are on. During the day phase the MotherNature CO2 Generator can be set to run for 15 minutes and then shut off for 60 minutes. This timing can be repeated throughout the day phase, this way a sufficiently high concentration of CO2 should be injected into the growing environment. The timer will then switch off during the night and switch back on during the day.

OPTION 3 (advanced method) - Pnnect the single outlet air pump to the bottom pipe connected to the MotherNature CO2 Generator, then plug into a timer so that the MotherNature CO2 Generator only operates while the lights are on. Then connect your timer and the MotherNature CO2 Generator to the CO2 sensor and set the parameters so that the CO2 sensor only turns on the air pump whenwhen CO2 levels fall below the parameters you set. We recommend setting the sensor to activate the clock when CO2 levels drop below 650 PPM

NOTE: If you are constantly depleting air volume when growing environment, we recommend OPTION 2.

If you are able (for example, with an air conditioner or other unit) to control the air extraction in your growing environment then the all options are recommended.

With the MotherNature CO2 generator use only one air pump with a maximum air flow of 1,6l/minute. Do not use a more powerful air pump! Note that higher CO2 levels should not be inhaled for long periods of time.
