These pots are unlike any other - they keep the soil and roots aerated, supporting the development of a healthy root system. The upper part is reinforced to withstand moving, storing and handling without the risk of cracking the pot.

Most pots degrade, lose their elasticity or even break under the sheer force of the roots. The Hercules pot has an uneven bottom and grooves on the sides - to more evenly distribute the roots around a larger surface. 

Too much water is the main cause of root rot and poor soil condition, and that's why Hercules has way more drainage holes than an ordinary pot - to make overwatering impossible. The unique design of the pot bottom facilitates the drainage of excess water as well. Supplying the plants with the ideal amount of water is paramount. 

The holes don't only serve as drainage - they also let in the air in the ideal amount, which supports the development of a healthy root system - and subsequently the development and health of the entire plant. The roots can also grow until the final phases of the growth cycle without coiling and twisting, making repotting very simple and keeping the roots growing evenly to absorb nutrients effectively.

The ideal substrate for this pot is coco - it's less dense and improves aeration.
