Low humidity is often the cause for slowly growing plants. In nature, the air is never dry - it always contains a portion of water vapour. Many of our houseplants come from places with naturally high humidity and don't like our artificially heated dry flats. This humidifier creates a cold mist, providing the plants with the humidity they need while shielding them from the sun without flooding them.

An ultrasonic humidifier uses high-frequency vibration to create a mist which is then blown out by a ventilator. The humidifier is highly effective and has a surprisingly low consumption. 

The humidifier also has an ozone sterilisation system, which kills all fungi, bacteria and viruses in its vicinity. Ozone sterilisation also purifies the air from unpleasant odours.
