VAKPLAST VERTICAL HYDROPONIC SYSTEM - SMALL TETRAHEDRON - 4SM

In this system there is no medium, the roots are placed directly into the water, which flows through the drainage system over the entire surface of each successive growing container, thus also oxygenating the plant, all without light (eliminating algae formation).This design guarantees an even supply of nutrients to each plant in the system.This system makes it possible to manage an area of approximately 4 m² on an area of approximately 2.25 m². This makes it more efficient than horizontal systems and, as a rule, yields up to twice as high, with the same light output, when the light illuminates up to twice the area of horizontal systems.

It is also characterised by its ease of maintenance, both in terms of the simplicity of mixing the nutrient solution and its control, as well as good access to the plants for their maintenance, but also during harvesting. It also does not generate a lot of waste as in the case of systems using media (clay, rockwool, expanded clay...) which is a financial benefit at each harvest, but also a time benefit as time is lost in disposing of this waste or cleaning the reusable material (expanded clay). The only waste is the root system of the plants, which can be simply pulled out after opening the lid and can be recycled as compost. The growing containers can be easily removed and showered.
