IN07 - air ionizer for air conditioning

IN07 - air ionizer for air conditioning has been successfully tested by the State Institute of Health and serves to enrich the air with negative ions. The device is a high-performance negative ion generator designed for air handling systems such as ventilation, air conditioning or heat recovery units. The ionizer has emitters (brushes) on the body, the whole ionizer is installed in the air duct, preferably behind the filter. A handle is used to hang the device. The maximum air flow is 1500m3/h. The main switch is located on the body. No harmful ozone has been detected with the IN07 ioniser, negative ions are shot into the room by special high-voltage carbon fibre emitters (brushes) which intensively ionize the air. The ions (anions) produced are colourless and odourless (careful not to confuse with ozone).

• Ioniser use:
  - in everyday life, you can use it to neutralise odours and enrich the air with negative ions in service rooms, hospitals, homes, etc.
  - wherever electrical and electronic devices are used, positive ions (cations) are produced by the action of electrostatic charges, these cations cause increased nervousness and fatigue
  - the formation of anions enriches the air and balances the air with positive ions, improving the breathability of the air
  - ionisation, when used appropriately, reduces the production of NH3 (ammonia/ammonia) in livestock production, NO2 (nitrogen dioxide), H2S (hydrogen sulphide), CH4 (methane), N2O (nitrous oxide), CO2 (carbon dioxide), dust particles and further leads to improved health and reduced drug consumption in animals
• The ionizer is not equipped with any fans or filters that need to be changed (eliminating additional redundant expenses). A handle is used to hang the device.

• Installation of the ioniser:
  - install and replace the emitter carefully
  - manually disconnect the device from the mains
  - the carbon fibre brush is very fragile
  - the ioniser produces high voltage even with minimal current
  - install the device directly into the ventilation duct, preferably behind the filter
  - the device must not come into contact with water or other liquids
• Maintenance of the ioniser:
  - Always observe safety precautions during maintenance and switch off and disconnect the device from the mains before handling it
  - The emitter (brush) can become dirty over time, it can be cleaned by vacuuming or scraping, or replace it with a new one
  - do not use the ioniser in contravention of these instructions
  - the device requires no maintenance apart from cleaning the brush
  - do not use any scouring agents or chemical solvents (paint and varnish thinners) as they may damage the surface
  - the recommended cleaning is mechanical
