Apogee Instruments SQ-520 - PAR/PPFD probe
Code: AI-SQ-520Product detailed description
The SQ-520 can be connected directly to a computer via USB cable for real-time point or graphing and logging of PPFD(photosynthetic photon flux density = the amount of PAR received by the plant from lighting) using the included software.
It can also serve as a stand-alone logging unit by simply connecting to a standard 5 V DC USB adapter. The internal memory inside the probe has a capacity of 10,000 user-specified periodicmeasurements with the option to save in CSV format.
Comparedto conventional LUX meters, it can be used for measuringLED lighting, where PAR and PPFD play a crucial role!
