Apogee Instruments SQ-616 400-750 nm USB output ePAR Sensor
Code: N40329Product detailed description
Apogee's newest, cutting-edge ePAR sensor was created in 2021 as an upgrade to our ePFD sensor and was designed to measure the newly defined ePAR radiation range of 400-750 nm, which research shows is photosynthetically active and exceeds the traditional 400-700 nm range. The SQ-616 ePAR Smart Sensor can be connected directly to a computer (Windows or MacOS X) via USB to make spot measurements or to graph and record PPFD data in real time using the supplied software. The sensor can also function as a stand-alone PAR datalogger, simply connect it to most standard 5V DC USB plugs. The internal memory in the sensor head is capable of storing 10,000 user-specified periodic measurements that can be downloaded to a computer for analysis as a CSV file.
