The fresh plants are cut into smaller pieces (3-5 cm) and placed on a removable grid, under which is a steel string that quickly starts rotating after a 360° turn and cuts the leaves that protrude under the grid.

The correct rotation of the uncut flowers is ensured by rubber sliders.
