CalMag is a high quality calcium and magnesium supplement. CalMag is mainly used in osmosis, filtered and soft water applications. Magnesium is essential for chlorophyll formation and thus photosynthesis. Calcium is crucial for the degree of acidity and thus nutrient absorption. Deficiencies can be manifested by, among other things, chlorosis (yellowing of leaves between veins) and stunted growth.
