The Milwaukee MC 110 pH Monitor is a smart measuring device which monitors the pH level in the tank water or nutrient solution. The pH monitor attaches to a wall and includes a probe, the power input cable and the installation kit.

The main advantage of this device is that it monitors the pH level continuously and (if you set the desired pH range) alerts you to adjust the solution by flashing. The plug & play installation kit is also a feature many customers appreciate.

Why is pH measuring important?

• A stable pH level is necessary for the ideal availability of nutrients and proper plant growth.
• Each plant requires a different pH level.
• The pH level is influenced by the water quality and the composition of fertilisers.
• Recirculation systems are more prone to pH fluctuations because of the secrets produced by dead roots (they're alkaline in the vegetative phase and acidic in the flowering phase).
• The pH level usually increases in the vegetative phase and lowers during flowering.
• The acidity/alkalinity is influenced by the presence of trace elements and micronutrients, which can degrade the plant's inner metabolic processes.

TIP: Always mix the solution before measuring to make sure it's accurate. Use a pH regulator to adjust it.

How to calibrate and maintain Milwaukee pH monitors:

Always read the user manual, which describes how to properly use, calibrate and clean the device. You can significantly increase the lifespan of the device, with high-quality buffers, storing solutions and cleaning solutions. We recommend calibrating the device at least once a month. Use a sterile buffer for each calibration.

The warranty on the electrode is valid for 6 months from the date of sale! For other components, it's 24 months from the date of sale.

Protect the device from impacts and other mechanical damage. If it's not waterproof, keep it away from water, moisture and dust.
