ReGrow is a new trend that is slowly taking root in Czech kitchens and the message is simple: don't throw anything away, grow it. This is sustainable growing, where we take advantage of the natural regeneration of plants, for example by growing new shoots that can be used for cooking. So we do not grow from seeds, but from cuttings and vegetable scraps.
