Product detailed description
UGro Slab is a substrate mix of dehydrated coco coir, chips and fibres. When rehydrated, it swells into 15L of growing medium.
The slab has pre-marked holes for planting and drainage holes in the bottom.
Coco coir is a product manufactured by crushing and processing coconut shells. It's popular among growers because of its amazing water retention qualities and aeration. Coco coir is antibacterial, very clean and fully biodegradable.

Use:
- cut holes into the slab on the marked spots
- soak the slab in 6,5l of clean water (never use more than the recommended amount of water!)
- we recommend adding a root stimulator and fertiliser into the soaking water
- check and adjust the pH level to 6
- the slab should be ready for planting
