T.A. FlashClean (G.H. FloraKleen)

T.A. FlashClean is a flushing product for cleaning the substrate by dissolving residue (mostly salts) left behind by fertilisers. Flushing allows the plants to perform at their best ability just before harvest.

All growing media suffer from this: fertiliser residue. While a small amount of salts is natural, a high amount can cause serious problems. These residues can build up in the soil, causing over fertilisation and plant stress and can damage root tissue. Flushing cleans these residues and even makes the resulting crop taste way better.

Although FlashClean is meant to be used for the final flushing just before harvest, we recommend using FlashClean once a month if you use a lot of fertiliser. 

Use and dosage:

Hydroponic systems:
- Add 1,5 - 3 ml per 1 l of water.
- Use a smaller dose for young or vulnerable plants. Use it more concentrated for stronger and older plants closer to harvest. 
- Let the dilution circulate through the system for 24 hours by itself. 

Flushing before harvest (hydroponics)
- Drain the old nutrient solution. Fill the reservoir with fresh water and add FlashClean (3ml / 1l of water). Let it circulate for the last day or two before harvest.

Substrates and inert mixes
- fill the watering can with fresh water and add FlashClean (3ml / 1l of water). Water the plants with this dilution until it runs out through the bottom of the pot.
