The Malapa MTJ1 is a digital thermostat for switching the connected heating/cooling device according to the room temperature. It has two main modes: heating (for switching a heater) and cooling (for switching an AC or ventilator). The thermostat turns the connected appliance on or off to maintain the ideal temperature. By setting the hysteresis, you control when the heating/cooling device turns on/off. For example, if you set the hysteresis to 2°C and the ideal temperature to 20°C, a heater will turn on at 18°C. All settings save automatically. The maximum load of the appliance is up to 3000W.
The LCD screen shows the current temperature, optimal temperature and whether the connected appliance is on or off. If there is any fault in the connected device, the thermostat or the sensor, an optical and acoustic alarm turns on. The device is protected by a fuse. The package includes a temperature sensor on a 1,5m cable, a 3m power cable and brackets for attaching the thermostat to a wall.
