Trolmaster AC Remote Station, universal remote control for any remote controlled air conditioner (ARS-1)

The ARS-1 mini-split air conditioner controller is a unique product that solves the age-old problem of separate day and night temperature settings on mini-split air conditioners. The ARS-1 is a universal controller that works with most mini-split air conditioners (and some window air conditioners as well) if the unit came with an IR/infrared remote. We use the remote control supplied with the unit to "teach" these IR signals to the ARS-1 module. Once the ARS-1 module has "learned" these remote control codes, the ARS-1 will send the same signals to the mini-split's internal main unit and automatically change the setpoint to the desired day or night temperature setting based on the status of the photocell.

*Note: The ARS-1 is not currently compatible with the following brands of equipment: Daiken, Mr. Cool, Innovair, Denali Aire, Cooper and Hunter.

*Firmware Update Note: A Micro SD card with a capacity of 32 GB or less is required to update the firmware of the TrolMaster controllers and modules.
