Trolmaster Dual Condition Adapter for Hydro-X System (DCC-1)

TrolMaster DCC-1 is a simple solution for controlling one device with more than one condition. For example, people like to turn on the exhaust fans when the temperature or humidity is too high; they turn off the CO2 when they turn on the exhaust fans. There are many other examples where two conditions can either be combined or split.

The DCC-1 is designed to be used in combination with one of the TrolMaster plug-in style modules (DSC-1, DSH-1/2, DST-1/2, DSP-1/2, DSV-1 and DSD-1).

When connected to a plug-in module using the RJ12 cable built into the DCC-1, the DCC-1 will work with the plug-in module to control any device connected to the plug-in module.

The DCC-1 can also be set to operate in two different ways using the "Interlock" feature.

INTERLOCK OFF: When the DCC-1's interlock function is set to OFF, ANY state that is associated with a given pair of modules that are used together (modules used "in parallel") can be used individually to activate the device.

Examples from the above for disabled blocking would be as follows:
- Turning on the exhaust fan to reduce temperature or humidity.
- Turning on the exhaust fan at night using a recycle timer OR when humidity is too high.

INTERLOCK ON: When DCC-1 interlock is selected, BOTH conditions associated with a given pair of modules used together must be activated for the device to activate TOGETHER (modules used in a "series").

Examples from the above to enable interlocking would be as follows:
- Turning off the CO2 device when the exhaust fan is running.
- Turning off the lights if the space gets too hot.
