Trolmaster Lantern Schedule Lighting Adapter for 0-10V protocol lighting (LMA-24)
Code: N43228Product detailed description
TrolMaster's Hydro-X system can control most of the garden lights on the market today. Most luminaire manufacturers provide the ability to control their lighting systems using what is known as low voltage control. This low voltage control can take many forms and communication protocols. TrolMaster manufactures several types of lighting adapters (LMA units) that allow Hydro-x luminaires to be controlled using their low voltage control.
A lighting schedule is a lighting scheme that promotes plant growth during the growing season. The lighting schedule consists of turning the lights on for 12 hours, off for 5.5 hours, on again for 1 hour and finally off for another 5.5 hours. This 24-hour schedule is then repeated for the growing phase of the plant. Turning the lights on for an hour in between the off hours suppresses florigen production, causing the plant to remain in a vegetative state of high growth.
This LMA-24 lighting adapter is specifically designed to utilize both channels of the Hydro-X system to create a lantern schedule control for any 0-10V protocol lights. It is compatible with HID, such as Gavita/Nanolux/Luxx/Growers Choice/Illuminar/PL, and LED, such as Fluence/Next light/Spectrum King.
The *LMA-24 is designed for lights with 0-10V protocol control.
