Zeolite, fraction 4-8mm

Zeolite is unique in that the spatial arrangement of the atoms creates channels, cavities and pores of constant size that trap solid, liquid and gaseous substances. Zeolite is therefore widely used in ion-exchange processes. Zeolite is a microporous material that traps sodium and chlorine ions in its pores. These are able to "absorb" other ions in aqueous media, which is used in the filtration process. Zeolite is actually a kind of natural disinfectant, non-toxic, non-allergenic and effectively regulates the nutrient management of the soil.

The size of the fraction is 4-8mm.

Uses of Zeolite:

- additive for growing substrates - Zeolite makes the substrate airy and suitable for the healthy growth of the plant root system, binds and then gradually releases all the fertilizers used, improves water management and its structure is an ideal environment for the multiplication of useful soil bacteria.
